Products and Collections not being recommended or excluded

The products and collections you’ve linked to each choice are not being recommended and/or excluded in the results page?

If you’ve recently added those products and collections in your store, or you’ve been editing the products and collections recently, it’s possible that your store and our app are out of sync.

Generally, this problem gets fixed within a few minutes or hours.

We are constantly syncing your latest product and collection changes with the Webhooks we install in your store, but sometimes they might get out of sync.

This is why we also sync all your data with your store every 24 hours. If after 24 hours you’re still getting this issue, please get in touch with our support team so we can manually trigger a complete shop sync.
