Products and collections not showing in the choices dropdown
Are you trying to link products and collections to each choice but they’re not showing in the dropdowns in the “Link Products” and “Link Collections”?
Maybe the collections are showing but the product count in each one is still zero (0)?
If you’ve just installed the app, note that it takes a while to sync all your store’s products for the first time, so they might not appear in our app yet.
Depending on the size of your catalog, you might need to wait between 30 minutes and several hours so the sync finishes completely.
Products in Draft or Archived will not show on the choices dropdown.
If the problem persists, get in touch with us so we can manually trigger a complete sync of your shop.

To manually sync your shop, go to your Dashboard and open the Success checklist. Under SYNC PRODUCTS FROM YOUR STORE, you’ll find the “run manual sync” button.
You can manually sync your store every 6 hours. Our app automatically runs a sync every 24 hours.
It is recommended to first make all the changes in your store and then trigger the manual sync.
