Are you trying to upload pictures to the Picture Choice question, or maybe you’re trying to upload a quiz background in the theme editor, but they don’t upload?
Possible cause 1:
Make sure the size of the image is less than 2MB.
Possible cause 2:
Check that the image is in JPG, PNG or GIF format. Other formats are not supported.
Possible cause 3:
It’s possible that you have multiple store sessions active, which might cause issues. Close all the tabs in your browser where you have our app opened and log in again. If that doesn’t work, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or opening a private tab in your browser.
